16th Annual Ribs ‘n’ Soul Returns to Hart Plaza with a New Name

DETROIT, July 28, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — There will be lots of great food in Downtown Detroit when barbeque rib chefs from across the United States gather in Detroit Aug. 5-7 during the 16th Annual Ribs ‘n’ Soul Fest, which has a new name, the Ribs and R&B Jazz Fest.
On Sunday, Aug. 7, chefs from around the country will smoke, grill and season ribs to perfection during the Rib Cook Off. This year, 15 grillers will compete for the Best Ribs and Best Sauce title.
