The 1st Annual RHODES FEST in Oxnard, Ca. | Aug. 22nd, 2015
On Saturday, August 22nd, RHODES FEST 2015, will feature prominent keyboard players and artists from the documentary, “Down The Rhodes: The Fender Rhodes Story” and other top artists synonymous with the Rhodes sound. It’s a celebration of the Rhodes piano, held at the state-of-the-art Oxnard College Performing Arts Center. RHODES FEST 2015, recorded live in high definition will touch the hearts of music lovers worldwide.
RHODES FEST 2015 benefits the Rhodes Scholars Scholarship—a music and arts education initiative in the spirit of Harold Rhodes who invented the Rhodes electric piano. More than just a scholarship, Rhodes Scholars recipients are linked with music industry professionals for mentorship and guidance.
