TAMPA, Fla., Aug. 14, 2019 /PRNewswire/ — The Gasparilla Music Festival (GMF) has officially confirmed its 2020 festival dates. The 9th annual festival will take place March 7-8, 2020, along Tampa’s waterfront with early bird tickets going on sale in September.

This November, a triple-bill of current Blue Note artists—Kandace Springs, James Francies, and the James Carter Organ Trio—will embark on a U.S. tour of performing arts centers and theaters around the country in celebration of the 80th Anniversary of Blue Note Records. Each artist will perform a set of their own music followed by a finale with all the musicians coming together to perform a classic Blue Note tune.

New York, NY (July 25, 2019) – September marks the tenth anniversary of Dizzy’s Club’s Generations in Jazz Festival, featuring exemplary artists across generations in 29 unique programs over 30 nights. The festival kicks off on September 2 with Ruben Fox presents Ellingtonia featuring Joy Brown, Samara Joy and Vuyo Sotashe, and closes out with two Flip Side Sessions – Mathis Sound Orchestra (7:30 p.m.) and Endea Owens and the Cookout (9:30 p.m.).
