Sanborn and the Dream 25th Anniversary Tour.

Anniversary Tour. Sanborn and original band members will come together
again for a multi-city tour to begin on Friday April 20th with a
headlining performance at the Dennis Flyer Memorial Theater, Blackwood,
New Jersey.
Sanborn said of the Anniversary tour, “It’s been a
like dream, these last 25 years. And now we can mark the occasion by
touring the world with the band that played that song. I can’t wait to
see the looks on all of my fans’ faces out in the audience at each and
every performance.”
Sanborn is also marking the occasion with a new single—a never-before released recording of “Chicago Song.”

The
25th Anniversary of The Dream marks but one milestone in Sanborn’s
career that spans over 3 decades of hits. David Sanborn became household
name with chart topping hits in the 80’s, hosting 2 national television
shows and as one of the most featured guest performers on Late Night
with David Letterman. His place in musical history ranges from an
historic performance at Woodstock to sharing the stage with the likes of
Eric Clapton, James Brown, Bruce Springsteen and Billy Joel. His
contributions, features and solos are often the parts hummed most by
fans like the saxophone solos on David Bowie’s “Young Americans,” on
James Taylor’s “How Sweet It Is” and Linda Ronstadt’s “Ooh Baby Baby”.
As the Sideman to the Stars, David has played with such legendary
performers as Stevie Wonder, the Rolling Stones, The Eagles and James
