The Vanport Jazz Festival is Oregon’s largest outdoor “smooth jazz festival.” The festival honors the historic city of Vanport and pays homage to the voices that formed Portland’s jazz community. The festival has been described as having a “reunion feel” or a “cultural revival.” We invite you to come out and enjoy the sounds of nationally renowned musicians, local artisan food and merchandise vendors, and northwest wines and spirits.

The Vanport Jazz Festival intends to carry the torch of those musicians who moved to Oregon for work and filled the air with art.
