The I Love Funk Festival pumps up the fall festival in Los Angeles LA on Oct. 24, 2026
As the summer fades and the fall has arrived, the music festivals will always be in season. On October 24, 2026, the upcoming I Love Funk Festival Los Angeles 2026 takes over Pershing Square, 532 S Olive Street in Downtown Los Angeles from 2pm – 11:30pm where the reigning stars of funk hit the stage. While I.L.F.F. is primarily a 21 & over event, there will be select areas where the kids can partake in a ferris wheel and kid’s markets. But the main thrust of I Love Funk Festival transports music connoisseurs to old school favorites in funk, R&B and hip-hop along with international flavors of reggaeton and cumbia. Influential performers through the seventies, eighties and nineties headlined by Kool & The Gang, Zapp, The Sugarhill Gang, Evelyn “Champagne” King, Rose Royce and One Way are featured as part of a 9.5 hour daylong fall experience.
